Accommodation

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
A : Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
QCheck-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
A : Yes. Just ask a staff member.
QIs it OK to arrive at the hotel earlier or later than scheduled?
A : Please call the hotel in advance to advise of arrival later than scheduled.
Last orders for plans including dinner are taken at 20:00.
QIs there a curfew?
A : No. Guests may come and go as they please 24 hours a day.
QCan I send my baggage to the hotel in advance?
A : Yes.
QCan I use a home-delivery service from the hotel?
A : Yes. Just ask a staff member.
QAre there ice-making and vending machine facilities?
A : Yes. The facility’s ice makers and vending machines can be used 24 hours a day.
QIs there a smoking space?
A : Yes. There is a smoking booth in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel and another next to the stairs in Hatago.
QIs there a convenience store nearby?
A : Yes. A Seven-Eleven (open 24 hours) is located a two-minute walk from the hotel.
QHow much is parking?
A : Overnight guests may use the parking facilities free of charge.
QIs there coach parking?
A : Coaches may use the parking lot, but space is limited. Please call in advance.
QCan I use a credit card or a debit card?
A : Credit cards are accepted. Debit cards are not.
QDo guestrooms have a refrigerator?
A : Yes. There is an empty refrigerator in each guestroom.
QIs there Internet access?
A : Yes. Overnight guests have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Cuisine

QWhat are the restaurant hours?
A : The Itsuki restaurant is open from 11:00 to 21:30 (last orders: 21:00).
For guests of Hatago, dinner is served at Iori from 17:00 to 21:00 (last orders: 20:00).
QDo you cater for people with food allergies?
A : We regret that it is not currently possible to cater to such needs.
QCan I add breakfast on the day?
A : Breakfast reservations must be made by 20:00 the day before. Please ask a staff member by this time.
QAre dinner reservations necessary?
A : No. Guests can use the Itsuki restaurant without a reservation.
Irori kaiseki dinners are exclusive to overnight guests at Hatago.

Natural hot spring

QWhen can I use the hot spring?
A : Guests can use the hot spring facilities from 15:00 to 0:30 on the day of arrival and from 6:00 to 9:00 on the day of departure.
Guests staying at the hotel for a few days can use the facilities from 6:00 to 9:00 and from 10:00 to 0:30.
QAre there sauna and bedrock bath facilities?
A : Yes. The bathing area houses a high-temperature sauna and a steam bedrock bath that are freely accessible to overnight guests.
QCan I use the hot spring before check-in and after check-out?
A : The hot spring is open to guests from 15:00 on the day of check-in to 9:00 on the day of check-out.
QI have a tattoo. Can I use the hot spring?
A : No tattoos are permitted in the hot spring facilities.
QAre pets allowed?
A : No. The hotel is a pet-free zone.
