Hatago's seasonal dinners are served kaiseki course style in a pleasant space with an irori fireplace. Guests staying at the Hotel Taiko can enjoy casual dinners at the Itsuki restaurant. Breakfast is semi-buffet style at both facilities.

Irori kaiseki at Villa Hatago

Irori kaiseki course dinners made with seasonal Hokkaido fare selected by the master chef are served at Hatago.
Sit at a horigotatsu (a low table over a hole in the floor) around the irori fireplace and enjoy some relaxing quality time.

Guests staying at the Hotel Taiko can enjoy casual dinners at the Itsuki restaurant. The Taiko Gozen set meal is especially recommended. Various other set meals and noodle options are also available.
